Our History
NCS was founded by professionals from various skills and backgrounds with a shared passion for helping people with a disability reach their highest potential. What started as an inspiration at the peak of Covid outbreak, has grown to become an organisation of multidisciplinary team of health professionals, social workers, fitness professionals, tradies, builders, real estate agents supporting persons with disabilities.

We firmly believe it’s the close-knit team of people at our organisation that makes us stand out from the rest. We value a sense of belonging and believe in bringing people together as one family. Every staff no matter their role, position or rank is a member of our team, each carrying a set of responsibilities, and are treated equally. Our culture of care and respect is focussed as much on our team as on our clients so that those who work for us also have truly great experiences in their roles, everyday.
We look for people who share our values and whose actions and attitudes demonstrate a commitment to thinking differently; to using initiative, innovation and inquisitiveness to create tailored support outside the traditional square. We want to work with people who put dollar and cents as secondary, but living life with honesty and integrity as primary. Hence, we reward our members more than industry average, including paid bonuses based on a certain set of criteria. Our Services?
We offer predominantly mobile services, and our staffs have extensive experience working in homes, schools, and other community-based settings. We also provide Telehealth appointments.
