All services prices are in line with the official NDIS pricing arrangements and will not vary from the documented pricing categories. These are updated periodically by the NDIA and National Care Services prices will reflect these updates as they occur.

Kilometres
In line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements:
NCS may claim $1.00 per KM for participant transport.
NCS may claim “Provider travel” up to 0.50 hours per instance.
NCS may claim “Provider travel – non labour costs” at $1.00 per KM.
Establishment Fees
In line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements, If a new participant to NCS is receiving at minimum 20 hours per month support through CORE Supports (Daily or Social) the participant will be eligible to have an establishment fee claimed against their plan.
The new establishment fee charge is a total of $621.70 and can be claimed by any provider engaging with the participant if meeting the requirements of 20 hours per month.
Shadow Shifts
Shadow shifts may be claimed against the participants plan when supports are provided to an individual that has complex needs. Complex needs would be identified such as communication, behaviour support needs and/or medical procedures such as ventilation or Home Enteral Nutrition.
In total, 6 hours of weekday support per year can be claimed from a plan for shadow shifts.
Non Face-to-Face Fees
In line with the NDIS Pricing arrangements, NCS may apply non face-to-face fees to particular support categories. This will be discussed during your service introduction.
